We went to Waikoloa for the chocolate and stayed for the rum Daiquiri’s!
The Big Island Chocolate Festival, held on April 28th was a festive fun foodie fest at the Waikoloa Marriott. After a three year break of a walk around chocolate tasting experience, we were delighted to see the event back to its original form!
We spent the night at the hotel and hiked south to show you the beach and bay.
We then covered the Waikoloa Lei Festival on the 29th at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The first annual Cocktail Contest sponsored by Kuleana Rum Works was exciting and the spectators were treated to the rum yum.
If you can plan to attend-come for the whole weekend if both these Festivals line up again!
