Median home price for a single family home in North Kona was $1,237,000 in October, a 8.79% year over year price increase and for condos the median price was $579,000 a 2.48% price increase year over year. Across the board, listing price to final sales price as been holding steady at 98% showing that even in the midst of historic low inventory, the buyers are continuing to bring in mostly full price offers.
