How’s the market in West Hawaii? Single family home prices are up, condo prices are down, interest rates are up – which is slowing buyer demand, but also making the market more balanced for the buyers that are hanging in there.
Lance Owens, LUVA Realty and Julie Ziemelis, KW Big Island discuss the stats, trends and issues affecting West Hawaii in this video.
North Kona Stats:
The median price of a single family home in North Kona is $1.245, a 24% increase year over year from $1,000,000 in June of 2022. Sales of homes dropped 13.3% year over year.
