West Hawaii Real Estate Update June 2023

How’s the market in West Hawaii? Single family home prices are up, condo prices are down, interest rates are up – which is slowing buyer demand, but also making the market more balanced for the buyers that are hanging in there.

North Kona Stats:
The median price of a single family home in North Kona is $1.245, a 24% increase year over year from $1,000,000 in June of 2022. Sales of homes dropped 13.3% year over year.
For Condos, the median price is $556k, a 3.3% decline year over year from $575k last year. There was a 17% drop in sales year over year.
