West Hawaii Market update July 2024- condo sales drop 50%

What is going on with the housing market in West Hawaii? Part of the story has to include the condo market. Insurance companies said they were going to do it and they did,..raising the insurance premiums for condo complexes across the state from 300 to 1000%. This has had an affect on HOA dues and this has stymied the market.
Lance and Julie discuss the housing stats overall, median price of a single family home has dropped a bit, but the drop in condo sales month over month are a sign that the market is changing.
