Hundreds of athletes and local participants showed up this morning at 7:30 am to run the annual "Underpants Run"-the annual fun run leading up to the big race on Saturday, the Ironman World Championship. It gives little people like us a chance to run down Alii with people cheering us on..as we went about 1.2 miles! There is always a mix of silly, funny, creative and WOW during this race and we got all of it today!
The women’s training teams were out in force today and the onlookers were having a ball capturing the fun. What I say in the video is true..get off the sidelines and into the street and RUN! lol.
