Aloha from 365 Hawaii, it’s Eric here. I’m sharing something personal with you today—a smoothie I’ve been making every morning that’s been helping me manage my energy and wellness while living with CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia).
This isn’t medical advice—just something that’s been working for me, and I thought it might be helpful for others going through health challenges or just looking to boost their energy naturally.
In this video, I take you into my garden where I harvest fresh cilantro and wheatgrass, and then I show you step-by-step how I build my daily antioxidant smoothie. It’s got everything from spinach, blueberries, and local banana to zinc, magnesium, echinacea, spirulina, collagen, and even a little honey and coconut water for taste.
The color might look a little wild (green and purple, anyone?), but it actually tastes great—and most importantly, I’ve felt more energized since I started drinking it regularly. I’ve even managed to dodge getting sick lately when I normally would, and I believe this smoothie has something to do with it.
