Labor Day Weekend in Kona Recap 2023

New events and festivals keep showing up in Kailua Kona and the annual events we all know and love continue to get more fans and participants.

This Labor Day weekend, we had a chance to enjoy the 50th anniversary of the Queen Liliuokalani Outrigger Canoe Regatta, the new Poke and Seafood Festival at Umeke’s and the Brew Block, and the fundraising event, Maui Love, to help our island neighbors. We feature them all on this video! We also had a chance to talk to an excellent vendor Charmies of Kona and featured her jewelry.

You will see at the end of the video, that we have to admit there was a tech failure which ended this video before I could show you the fun we had on the FairWind and the gorgeous snorkeling! Will have to go another day!
