Is Hawaiian Paradise Park THE Best Place to Buy Right Now?

As we were discussing the housing market update in East Hawaii, Amber Haley, Real Broker, shared that you can buy a brand new construction home in Hawaiian Paradise Park for between $470k and $600k and be in Lava Zone 3, saving money on home insurance. She reported that Hilo is continuing to have less inventory and higher prices than HPP.
Across the board, homes are sitting on the market longer, and price to sell is falling, but not crashing. Demand still remains, but interest rates are still affecting affordability and local wages are keeping housing prices steady.
Tune in as Julie Ziemelis, Real Broker, and Amber Haley discuss the market, and why HPP may be a good buy.
