Did you know home sales dropped over 25% last year on Hawaii Island? We are seeing more homes coming on the market right now, and interest rates are slated to go down this year.
As West Hawaii and East Hawaii are seeing homes selling for about 4% under asking price, South Hawaii sellers are getting 100% for their land and homes as the more affordable south market is cooking.
