You know how Maui has its crazy Halloween down on Front Street? West Hawaii can count on hundreds of costumed keiki, parents, teens and generous homeowners at the annual fest at Pualani Estates, a subdivision in the middle of Kailua Kona. The neighborhood goes all out in decorating the front yards of dozens of homes up and down the hill and hundreds of pounds of candy is joyfully given out to happy hands!
We had a chance to interview the #GoldenGrannies who created an entire Fall themed photographic background in their front yard- so much Aloha from these wonderful women! We also show some of the funny costumes and unique decor along the streets.
I give the top 5 things you should know when you Trick or Treat on Halloween, too!
