East Hawaii Real Estate Market Update, May 2024

Here’s a three-fer! Amber and I showed off a brand new built four bedroom home in HPP, discuss the real estate market in East Hawaii AND let you in on the adventure we had that day to a little known black sand beach in Puna.
Overall, prices inched up a bit, as did the days on the market and homes are still selling for about 7% below asking price.
