Kailua Kona, Spring update 2024

What is happening in Kailua Kona? We give you the low down on new businesses, businesses that have closed, renovations, construction and trends as we bring you the Spring 2024 update!

Opened is Terri Fields new gallery, Art House Hawaii, the Keauhou Shopping Center new biz, Clover and Mug, and the Big Island Social Dance Club, in the new industrial area.
The Outrigger Keauhou Resort and Spa is undergoing a 60 million dollar renovation and affordable housing units are being built in North Kona.
