Lance Owens, LUVA Real Estate and Julie Ziemelis, Keller Williams Realty, bring you the the February 2022 statistics and discuss the current March 2022 numbers AND touch upon the cesspool/septic tank legislation that is looming and will affect MANY homeowners on Hawaii Island.

North Kona Stats:

Median price of a single family home: $1.125 up 18% year over year Condos are at $465,000 up 15% year over year

Number of homes sold- 37 which is down 47% year over year. Condos 47 down only 9% from last year.

All of this shows what the rest of the country is dealing with right now…not enough homes for sale are causing prices to skyrocket.

Please join us on Thurs. March 17th at 2 pm HST for a market update Zoom call to hear how the whole island is performing and to discuss how to remain optimistic in this market with solid strategies for success.
