The West Hawaii real estate market continues to show strength in homes sold and days on market holding to about 40 and list to sales at about 96%. As we see homes languishing more in East Hawaii, homes are still moving pretty quickly off of the market in North Kona. Median price of a single family home, did fall a bit to 1.3 million.
Lance and I also discuss the insurance crisis that is hitting the state and how it’s impacting the HOA fees here in West Hawaii.
