Lance Owens, past President of the West Hawaii Association of REALTORS and current second vice president to the Hawaii Association of Realtors, discusses the impact the new TAR will have on homeowners and future homeowners.

The presentation is in regards to a proposed bill that would overhaul the existing STVR ordinance we have, including regulation of “Hosted” vacation rentals that are currently unregulated.
