Market Slows in East Hawaii- Island Wide Mortgage and Real Estate Update June 2023

We get the mortgage news that the Fed did not raise the interest rates as inflation numbers are looking better in June 2023, Scott Wynn, Wynn and Eagan Team shares. Jana Mahoney gives the stats on the WEST HAWAII resort market and Waikoloa Village, where inventory remains low amid demand. Amber Haley, REAL Broker, shares that East Hawaii days on market continues to rise and sellers are making deals with buyers with the percentage of list to ask dropping.
